Self-exploration is a lifelong process that can be challenging and at times overwhelming. Therapy can help us understand our emotions more clearly and move toward creating positive change. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself and exploring your needs and values.
As a therapist, I prioritize your needs and offer a supportive, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental approach. I use techniques like psychodynamic talk therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you achieve your goals. I understand the importance of aligning interventions with your personal values and cultural background. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and work on building your confidence to live a more authentic life.
I have worked with diverse populations, including adults, youth, and families with complex needs in a wide range of settings. I am a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ allied therapist.
