Whether you’re just starting your career or leading a growing practice, we provide consultation, supervision, and training to help you grow with confidence, integrity, and alignment.
Our work together focuses on helping you feel grounded, empowered, and skillful in your professional role — while staying connected to the heart of why you do this work.
We take a collaborative and relational approach to professional support, emphasizing reflective practice, embodiment, and sustainability. As therapists and helpers, it’s easy to lose connection with your own needs or feel isolated in your work. Our consultation and training offerings are designed to help you reconnect — to your professional values, to your community, and to yourself.
Our services are trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and rooted in both clinical experience and compassion. We focus on real-world application and professional growth that feels authentic.
We offer clinical supervision on a contract basis for associate-level clinicians working in supervised private practice. Supervision sessions are supportive, reflective, and skill-focused — integrating trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and ethical decision-making.
Running a practice can be rewarding — but it can also feel overwhelming to manage everything behind the scenes. Melissa Rosinski offers consultation for therapists and practice owners on both the clinical and business sides of private practice.
Each consultation is personalized to your goals and experience — whether you’re just beginning or looking to refine an established practice.
Melissa Rosinski, LPC, SEP, is currently pending approval as an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP). She offers trainings and workshops for individuals, groups, and teams that blend clinical skill with embodiment, authenticity, and inclusion.
Her workshops are designed for therapists and helping professionals who want to deepen their practice, expand their tools, and stay connected to their own sense of purpose and aliveness in the work.
Melissa also facilitates trainings that integrate nature-based and experiential learning — exploring how connection to land and the natural world can support regulation, presence, and transformation for both clients and clinicians.
Trainings can be provided for clinicians, agencies, or wellness organizations, and are available both in-person and virtually.
At Desert Lotus Counseling, we’re passionate about supporting other helping professionals in growing sustainable, ethical, and values-driven practices.
